VFD-MH300 series inverters

The VFD-MH300 series of frequency inverters has been created as a standard drive, which will prove itself in both simple and more advanced applications, while being very easy to use. These drives are characterized by great space saving, reinforced protective coating and extended service life of the power elements. All these features in combination with the built-in PLC controller and the possibility of expansion with an additional communication card create an extremely versatile drive.

  • Support for both induction motors and permanent magnet motors;
  • The ability to work in a closed control loop;
  • Dynamic starting and efficient engine acceleration and braking;
  • Advanced torque and braking control;

  • Overload capacity: 120% for 60 seconds (Normal operation); 150% for 60 seconds and 200% for 3 seconds (Hard Work);
  • Built-in 5k steps programmable PLC controller;
  • Enclosed brake transistors;
  • Built-in MODBUS and CANopen;
  • Optional communication cards available: EtherCAT, PROFIBUS DP, DeviceNet, MODBUS TCP, EtherNet / IP;
  • Compliance with safety standards: input STO - Safe Torque Off (SIL2 / PLd);
  • Reinforced protective coating for control electronics - a layer covering the PCB board in accordance with IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C2;
  • Extended service life of the power block components;
  • User-friendly LCD display with an intuitive control knob;
  • Built-in USB port for communication with utilities

  • pulse input A2, / A2 B2, / B2 (Line Driver or Open Collector) + 5 ~ + 24V, 1 or 2 phase
  • maximum frequency of pulse input and output: 300kHz
  • possibility to connect the output as Line Driver 5 VDC

Logic power card

EMM-BPS01

  • 24 VDC inverter power card in case of AC power loss.
  • It enables the operation of the internal PLC of the inverter and other logic functions.
