Limit switches in a plastic housing

Description

Limit switches in a plastic housing
Limit switches are designed to work in steering and control systems, e.g. in machine tools, technological equipment in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc.
Precise body design provides a good seal (IP 65, 66, 67) and the drive heads are interchangeable and in most models can be mounted in one of four positions. As a result, it is possible to effectively override contacts operating independently (flickering) or depending.
Limit switches have CE, B safety mark certificates entitling them to be used in the control and signaling systems of cranes and gantries, a product type approval certificate authorizing them to be used on PRS class ships or devices receiving PRS documents.

PAP1 limit switches
PAP1 type limit switches are intended for use in control, monitoring and measuring systems, eg in machine tools, technological equipment in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc. The body is made of plastic, and the precise workmanship ensures a good seal. The drive heads are interchangeable and can be mounted in one of four possible positions. They enable effective switching of independent (snap action) or dependently acting contacts. The switches have:
- safety sign certificate
- UDT type tests authorizing to use in control and signaling systems for cranes and cranes
- product type approval certificate authorizing for use on ships assigned by PRS
PSP limit switches
PSP1 type emergency stop limit switches are intended for use in control, monitoring and measurement systems. They can be mounted on hinged, sliding or removable machine covers. Opening the door disconnects the power supply. The design of the switches protects against uncontrolled switching of contacts with the use of simple tools. The housing is made of red and black plastic, and the precise workmanship ensures a good seal. The drive heads can be mounted in one of four possible positions (K1…) and smoothly in the range of 360 degrees (K8…). They enable effective switching of contacts operating independently (snap action) or in dependence.
Depending on the application, the safety switches are divided into three groups:
- with the key - opening the machine's cover will remove the key from the socket, cooperating with the switch and switch the contacts. A wide selection of different types of keys allows the use of connectors in any applications,
- with a lever or a roller, they enable the inspection of small covers or large hinged doors. They are attached in the axis of rotation, directly to the movable element (connector with the lever) or to the hinge (connector with the shaft).
- rope used in machines and production lines when it is impossible to install appropriate covers. They can be switched from anywhere the line passes. The devices will be turned off both when the connector is activated by pulling the cable, and in the event of its breaking.
certificates:
- safety sign certificate
- UDT type tests authorizing to use in control and signaling systems as well as cranes and cranes.
- product type approval certificate authorizing for use on ships assigned by PRS.
PDP limit switches
Limit switches type PDP1 are intended for use in control, monitoring and measuring systems, eg in machine tools, technological equipment in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc.
- product type approval certificate authorizing for use on ships assigned by PRS.
KLM limit switches
KLM type limit switches are intended for use in signaling, protection and control circuits. The limit switch is actuated by a driving device. The force applied to the pusher lever causes the switching of the movable contacts. After the driving force is gone, the moving contacts return to their starting position under the influence of the spring force.
