Versions
The circuit-breakers are made of very high-class materials, which allowed to reduce their overall dimensions, and thus to reduce the dimensions of the switchgear, while maintaining high operating properties of the device and protection of devices. As mentioned before, the circuit breakers come in two series depending on the short-circuit capacity: Metasol and Susol, but it is worth noting that both have parameters higher than some of the competitors' products, and the Susol series has the best breaking capacity available on the market. We will focus on the Metasol series in the following discussion. It is available in 4 dimensions, depending on the rated current and short-circuit capacity.
The design of circuit breakers allows their easy installation in switchgears, not only because of the dimensions but also because of the connection methods. LS offers vertical or horizontal connections (2000A has the ability to translate them separately), front connections or combinations of these solutions. Of course, the choice of the type of these connections is identical for the stationary and withdrawable versions. Circuit breakers are standardized so they can be easily used in switchboards of most manufacturers as well as as replacements for other devices of this type.

Electronic security
LS air circuit breakers can be, depending on the needs, equipped with one of four electronic protection releases: type N, A, S or P. They have a number of protection, control and measurement functions, and thanks to the LCD display they are readable, intuitive and easy to use. The number of functions and application possibilities depend on the selected trigger. For each of them, we have the option of powering our own or external AC / DC auxiliary power source. The settings are made by means of legible knobs, buttons and the screen. They come in two colors: black (Metasol series) and white (Susol).

Electronic protection type N posada:

The P type protection has:

- protection against voltage and current fluctuations
- current and voltage measurement in three phases and neutral (RMS)
- active, reactive, apparent power, power factor and energy measurement
- 3 programmable digital outputs |
- overload protection with accurate IDMTL settings
- 256 memory of recent events (error type, current, date and time)

S type protection has:
- all functions of the electronic release type P and additionally:
- measurement of the voltage and current harmonics from 1sza to 63ciej
- view of the current and voltage waveforms
- measurement of THD and TDD coefficients
- parameterization memory at the last failure

In addition to these functions, triggers allow for the measurement, analysis and reading of many additional parameters displayed and presented using a clear graphic.

Equipment
The LS Industrial Systems air circuit breakers are already very well equipped in the basic version. The method of choosing the switch's solution is simple and does not allow for making mistakes or omitting some element.

standards
The air circuit breakers of both Metasol and Susol series comply with the international standards IEC-60947 and have been tested, among others, by by the KEMA Experimental Institute. The devices also have maritime approvals of all leading classification societies: LR, DNV, GL, ABS, KR, BV, RINA, NK. The switches also meet the American UL standards and Russian GOST certificates, the most important certificates of the Asian market, including CCC, TPC, JIS and, for example, the KEPIC certificate which allows devices to be operated in nuclear power plants.
